Chief Keef’s problems continue to pile on. Just days after the teenage rapper was sentenced to 60 days in juvie, he is now facing a lawsuit stemming from unpaid child support.

Neither Keef nor his child’s mother is talking to press at this point, but this isn’t a run-of-the-mill paternity case however; on Monday TMZ reported that Keef’s baby’s mother is still in middle school.

The charge seems more heinous that it is and it doesn’t seem that the girl’s parents will be pressing any charges because Keef was 15 at the time of conception and a minor himself. Still, TMZ is reporting that laws in Keef’s native Illinois are such that even if both parties are under the age of 17 and are in a consensual relationship, the older person can be charged with criminal sexual abuse, a misdemeanor.

Technically Keef can face up to a year in jail for the crime and would have to register as a sex offender, but the gossip site says that these cases are rarely prosecuted. It’s been two years later and it doesn’t seem as if the girl’s parents will press charges. Instead she is suing for an undisclosed amount of child support as well as health insurance.

The news comes just days after the "I Don’t Like" rapper was sentenced to 60 days in juvenile detention after he held a firearm in an filmed interviewed with music site Pitchfork. A judge found that the act was in direct violation of Keef’s probation, which he was handed down for pointing a gun at a cop last year.
