I used to try a lot of things like the dry brush and a massager which worked a bit but my coworker emailed this cellulite program after I chitchatted with her about it, and she swears by it. I checked her legs, they're totally cellulite-free, which is surprising since she's got thicker legs than me. No products or anything, and she's only been working on it for the last couple of months. I found some information on it, and I'm going to try it out really soon, I'm pretty excited that I won't have to wear jeans anymore! http://www.herbeautyreviews.com/the-official-cellulite-cure-review/

Dry brushiing is the best. I've been doing this for years and it has done wonders for my skin.

I've been doing a warm coffee grind wrap once a week. Too soon to say if it's working but I do like the smell.

I had two sessions of endermologie on the same day and then to keep up the results I massaged that Vichy's creme on my thighs. I also started to lift heavier weights at the gym and I think that helped somehow.

So I've been dry brushing for about 6 months straight now & my cellulite is almost gone, I can't believe it.

Coffee grinds huh? I keep hearing about this yet I haven't tried it. I think my friend does a combo of coffee grinds, sugar & olive oil & I have to say her skin looks great. I may have to try this. Please do keep us posted with your results.

I had "3rd level" cellulite out of 4, so second to the worst you can have, now it's like a 1. This is what my dermatologist told me, there are 4 levels of how bad cellulite is. If you get to 4 you pretty much will never get rid of it. I took Celluscience everyday perfectly and in 6 months it got rid of it, the stuff is expensive, but worked. |
I only have a couple dimples on my thighs but this sounds good! I also read reviews for Nivea bye bye cellulite q10 and it seems to work well...
