i did like my 3rd one today , simply cayenne pepper and olive oil , i rubbed that on my scalp then mix eggs, mayo, olive oil and some Queen Helene cholesterol treatment and apply that on my hair and rub that in as well , put a cap on for 2-3 hours and wash it out . Basically I use it as a prepoo but Im wondering if I'd get better / faster results by leaving it on my scalp as if it was just another type of hair grease, although i am scared to do that ...
I saw someone let it in their hair for 2 weeks Shocked

infusing the olive oil with cayenne pepper is the answer.
i used 5 heaping tbsp and 1 cup of oil. when i 1st mixed it, it was just a thick paste. (glass jar) i closed the lid, and put it in the sun everyday for 2-3 weeks and the cayenne settled and the olive oil was on top. RED EVOO lol! very peppery!

i just use a teaspoon to scoop some infused EVOO and put it in a separate container, and rub it into my scalp row by row.

i rub it on my scalp every other night (covering your head with a plastic cap or plastic bag is the trick to get it TINGLING something fierce lol! ) some times every night. put on my silk scarf and go to bed (actually get on BHM lol!)

i still take the jar out everyday to get some sun.

just be careful washing your hair. cus, you'll forget you have it in your hair lol! it won't roll down your face, or get into your eyes when you sweat.

LHCF even had a cayenne challenge http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=208139&page=10

its only 17pg its a good read.

Hey Nigerian Queen, how long did you leave the cayenne mix in your hair before you washed it out? Have you ever done this while in braids or a sew in? I have a sew in now, and I'm going to try this tonight. I'm just concered about getting all of it rinsed out.

i've got natural braids in right now.

its like rubbing EVOO on your scalp. no bits and pieces. just straight up EVOO infused with cayenne.

its just oil. that has the essence of cayenne. cayenne flavored evoo lol!
