Midna congrats on the 5 inch loss!! I ordered a corset but haven't really gotten into it. I think before I torture myself I'll give this a good go. I lost 3 inches on my waist but I've hit a wall haven't lost anything in over a month.

Wow Midna congrats girl! 5 inches is bloody amazing, good to know you're getting results with Callanetics!!
I'm still doing the waist stretches when I can but I'm hoping to get back in the full routine now I'm officially off work!

Where are you ladies finding the workouts for the tummy and waist? I'm getting bored with the ones on youtube. Is there anywhere I can buy dvds that only focus on the tummy and waist? I checked out www.callanetics-dvds.com and I think I'll have to opt for one of those mini workouts but they're $45 *call me cheap* lol

I was looking at some pictures - wow! Some women seemed to have gotten a face lift too! Where can I find callanetics workouts for abs/waist only?

Wow! Thank you Brilaw! I loved the huge difference between her waist and hips! It really shows. Now I know it definitely works and will be doing it daily to see what I can achieve.

That waist whittler workout was pretty good! I felt the pulling all the way down, like she said I would!

Man, my lazy ass fell off of callanetics after some 5 sessions because I was too excited about going down so much. Smh, with how I've been eating, I probably gained those inches back! Time to start back up and STAY ON!

I still do the waist whittler, though! That exercise is the truth and has kept my waist curved in, even with my tummy chub~
