Anyone know how to get your cake to come out with a flat top? I tried the wet towel thing but it's still not completely flat like I want it to be
Before you place the mixture into the oven, bang the cake tin on your
counter top a few times to release any air bubbles and to make sure the
mixture is evenly distributed.
Don't change the temperature but lower
the rack one level down, add an extra 10 mins to your baking. This all
should help get a nice flat top of your cake.
