I am going to put this link on his feedback page to warn others, Ladies please leave a comment so he understands about what people think of this unit, I hate to ask, but I think vendors think they can send any old crap with no consequence to them.


Ladies, this is a word of WARING for you, and a lesson learned for me.  Although I don’t post these days, I still lurk and I need your opinions please on the unit below from seasoned fellow purchasers of hair and wigs.

I usually make my own wigs with closures and wefts, first time purchasing a full unit, so that’s why this is in weave and LF section just as quality issue as the vendor sells both wigs and  closures.

The vendor KISSYMAY will NOT refund and says there is no quality issue.  I told him before I ordered that I needed at least 3x3” parting space and the pictures below tell their own story.

The parting space I got is not even 1 inch going back and you can see the wefts (Glued in at the top by the way), also it is more or less bald.

Ladies, is it me being too picky or have I been ripped off.  I can only think about using it as a floor cloth right now as the hair is so uneven throughout.

Please respond with your honest opinion, as the vendor is certain this is good quality even AFTER I sent these pictures to them.

Items on aliexpress are generally stock items plus most vendors on aliexpress are just middle men. With normal stock lace wigs, there is usually about 2-3" of parting room from the middle and 1" on the sides. You may have sell that unit and order a custom unit.

Yes a freind of mine used to get stock, but not bald looking with glued in wefts,  this is just bad quality I wouldn't sell it to my enemy LOL

UMMMM NO MA'AM PAYPAL BUT THEY MAY NOT REFUND SINCE THIS will fall under a custom order.  I swear I can't with these vendors

sorry to see your wig looking that way...aliexpress has an escrow account set up to protect the buyers did you send it through them through paypal or pay the vendor directly..and it looks like there is about 2 inches of parting space on that wig though I prefer 3 myself..have you filed a claim through aliexpress..I hope you get your money back Ouch

 You have clearly not got what you paid for and he needs to REUND YOUR MONEY NOW ! If he thinks the unit he has sent you is good quality , he should use your pictures in his Ali Express Store, see how many customers he would get .
Put his details in VENDORS TO AVOID LIST ! ,

That unit looks poorly constructed and it looks as if there was an attempt at bleaching the knots that went horribly wrong. I'm leaving my reply as a show of support. It racks my nerves when someone tries to get over on others!

File a chargeback with you CC or a dispute with ALI! That is unacceptable!

You are absolutely right in demanding a refund.  You ordered and paid for what you thought would be a quality product.  I have dealt with many vendors some good , some not so good, but once you expose them on the complaint board, they do re-act.  Remember purchasing these good are done "Sight Unseen" meaning they will either advertise top notch hair along with pics of celebrities and then do a switch with sub-standard products.  some will advertise 100% human hair, and send you a blend of synthetic and human hair.  the responsibility is upon us not to tolerate this level of treatment..  While the money spent and lost is an issue, not being held accountable is the major issue here, and they need to understand, this level of treatment will not be tolerated.  They know once they send us this crap, its over... they have the money and its on to the next one...  I had an issue with a well known vendor in China, and put them on full blast on the complaint board, once I had exposed them, they offered me the world.  LADIES, WE WORK HARD FOR WHAT WE HAVE, AND TO HAVE SOME FLY BY NIGHT OPERATION JUST RIP YOU OFF IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.....  TAKE ACTION.........
