Help, my five year old recently broke her collar bone while she was playing outsideCry and I need some ideas on painless methods to wash her hair.

It happened on the 20th and she is doing better now, but I just hate to see her so uncomfortable.Disapprove

TIA

So sorry to hear that!! Poor baby. Well, it takes about 3-4 wks for such an injury to heal...so maybe just wash her hair at the 2 week mark for the duration. If it hurts to lean forward or back, then I suggest washing with some waterless hair cleanser found at most beauty supply stores. How do you style her hair? Maybe it can be styled in such a way that you won't have to manipulate it very often??

Thx, I was considering a waterless cleanser but I didn't know how effective those were.  Even still I has to be better than nothing and I don't want to cause her any more discomfort bending over the sink.

I'll pick some up tomorrow.

Thanks Mz.Ting!
