I wanted to make this thread last week
But they told me I had to be at my optimal weight
However my severely obese cousin got one ????
She said her down time was a week I think
wasnt told any of the requirements and I still kind of ponder about it.
I went to a surgeon to see about a
reduction and cost. I didnt even consider insurance paying for the
procedure because I thought it was cosmetic AND I was considering
implants. First thing out the surgeon's mouth was "Do you have
insurance? Give Sindy your insurance information and we will submit your
case to insurance end of this week. I want you to call this doctor SOON
AS YOU LEAVE and get seen THIS WEEK. Tell them I referred you. Here are
pictures of my work. You dont need implants. Have a good day." I was
"Ok". All this while standing with my boobs out
The cosmetic director filled me in on the process and said it can take
as long as 10 weeks, blah blah blah, yadda yadda yadda, be patient
beacuse Im a good candidate
Called that doctor's number he gave
me, they told me to get a mammogram, bring the film. He gave me a
prescription and sent me on my way. 3 weeks later I get an email saying
I found out that the surgeon is contracted
through my insurance, and the doctor he referred me to is his FRIEND.
The whole cost is 10 thousand dollars which still makes me...ponder.
They said nothing about weight or anything
