this is one of the reasons i've drastically changed how i eat lately. cancer doesnt run in my family but i do worry about my mum and siblings because they eat a lot of crappy food. i try so hard to get them to eat better but there's only so much i can say or do. sad

Yeah, there are much younger women in a cancer support group that I'm in. One is 24 and was diagnosed at 21.

i hardly eat dairy...but will cut back on the processed sandwich meats though
