I recently started to breakout from Synthetic hair, therefore, I'm staying far far away from it.  I had little bumps all over my neck and on the side of my face.  Never happened before!

The style I get is similiar to micros but bigger (which is why I have always used synthetic hair).  Same concept the hair is braided past my real hair and the ends are left loose.

I am going to start using Human hair for my styles.

Is it difficult to take care of human hair?

Also is there a link or anyone has experience on how to take care of human hair?

are u sure it synthetic hair, is it your first time using this hair.  anyway human hair is easy to take care of.  it holds moisture better than synthetic hair.

No it wasn't my first time with synthetic hair.  I just couldn't understand why I brokeout.  I wash my hair every other week.  It was just weird.

But I'm going to find some cheap human hair.

This used to happen to me too... The breakouts that is, esspecially from Kanekalon hair. I found that this is due to residue the factory left behind of the fibers, like alkaline. You can get rid of the residue by soaking the hair in warm water and a cup or so of vinegar, then doing a quick shampoo.

I like what people have been saying about the Freetress brand. What brand did you use?

I have no idea.  The braider provided the hair and I didn't get a look at the brand.  When I used synthetic hair, I never wash it prior to use and this never happened before.  Come to think of it, all of hair was in these big dirty looking boxes.

I'm just going to be safe and get the human hair.
