Wait, I thought someone said the mom was shot also. And now they can't even get the right brother? I'm so confused. So they don't have anyone in custody? So all this uncertainty, but the only thing they know for sure is that he has a mental illness? And he has Asperger and OCD? Ok. Children and adults died from senseless shooting and they are already trying to make excuses for a white man to be capable of such tragedy.
