LADIES HOW DO YOU GET YOURSELF TO GO WHEN YOUR HAVING DIFFICULTIES DOING SO?

I'VE BEEN TAKING COCONUT OIL SINCE THURSDAY AND I BELEIVE THAT'S THE REASON I'M BACKED UP. PLEASE HELP!!!

I drink magnesium to help with relaxation and sleeping. Another benefit of it is that it gently softens stool.

I take (2) 500mg magnesium supplements everyday, along with a multi.  Keeps me regular
