For the tardy for the party she wants her money now she's suing Kim.. if this is a repost sorry..
Maybe the “Real Housewives” should just stick to reality TV and stay out of the recording studio.After all, for some “Housewives” stars it seems music has somehow gotten them into more trouble then their antics on TV.“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss is suing her ex-costar Kim Zolciak for money she alleges she should have been paid for Zolciak’s song “Tardy for the Party.”Kandi, who has penned major hits like TLC’s “No Scrubs,” said she wrote Zolciak’s song but didn’t profit from it.The suit was filed in an Atlanta court on March 12, according to RadarOnline , and claims the song was released without Burruss’ “authorization, license or consent.”And Burruss has wrapped another Atlanta housewife into the suit by hiring co-star Phaedra Parks as her lawyer.According to Radar, Burruss wants a temporary restraining order issued in order to stop any future sales of the song.Back in October, she addressed the drama in a blog post she wrote for Bravo’s website.“I hardly got anything from Tardy for the Party. That is the truth,” she wrote. “I am not mad about it. I really blame myself because I didn’t handle my business correctly.”Now, it seems she’s decided to set things right… in court.

should have been done that..........but if you watch the show she told her she was gonna let her have that one b/c she didnt want to argue

well I don't know but Bravo push back the premiere of Kim's show b/c its called Tardy for the Party and that's the song for the intro for the show.. so it might get messy..
I do wonder if the delay has anything to do with the lawsuit Kandi filed againstKim for illegal use and licensing of "Tardy For The Party," the song. Kim is using the song as the intro music for her spinoff, just as it was used in last year's spinoff. Kandi is also seeking royalties and payment for writing and producing the song! Perhaps this latest legal imbroglio is going to be included in Kim's show! Speaking of said lawsuit, Kim continues to comment. She tweeted this yesterday: 
And just for the record, that's actually not true. Rodney Richard previously sued Kim for costs and back royalties and succeeded in removing the song from iTunes. Kim then re-released it with remixed music and different artwork. It is back on iTunes, but is currently subject to copyright approval. Rodney, aka Don Vito, is seen on RHOA working with Kandi and will be included in TKF. Kim also tweeted this: 
Interestingly, despite the fact that Kim and Kandi were seen recording 'The Ring Don't Mean A Thing' on RHOA, both women have admitted the song was never actually produced and recorded because Kim didn't want to pay for it! So Ok, Kim… keep trying! I still think Kim is grasping at straws trying to convince people she is in the right because she knows Kandi has a valid case against her!

yes she can, she just won a battle with her over this song, she got it pulled and Kim got a remix and instead of Don't Be Tardy for the Party, its Tardy for the Party and put it back up..
