Does anyone know of any good boob workouts?

I'm currently losing weight and I think my boobs are starting to sag a littleOuch
I'm looking for something that will help keep them perky.

I love the machine chest press! It helps keep my boobs nice and perkyLOL

I like butterflies with 5 pound weights. They make them a lot perkier and rounder. I also do push ups and when I lift up I lift one hand as well hold it for a couple of seconds and then repeat on the other side. I do about 3 sets of 10.

Yeah, I love those chest presses as well.  I love the fact that my boobs still look alert (despite my fat butt).

Chest press, push-ups, bench press, straight arm dumbbell pullover and pec deck butterflys.

my mom is 41 and boobs don't sag even though she's loosing weight. What I know that she does is wear bra's too sleep to make sure her boobs don't get used to sagging. She pretty much wears bras 24/7

besides the exercises, you can also do a breast massage twice a day using breast firming lotion. I use this one called La Femme: Breast Maximizing Lotion. I rub it on my breasts twice a day in the morning after I shower and at night before bed time.

I try to massage them for at least 30 minutes each time for a total of 1 hr a day.
This is working wonders for my breasts as I'm losing weight because i barely notice any sag at all. It takes hard work but if you do the chest exercises like the bench press, flies, push ups in addition to the breast massage, you should be on your way to reversing the sag.
