@MochaBabe Yes I put in equal amounts , If I use clay of course
there is more of the clay.
@SexyandFamous You can wear the warps with 1 or 2 days in between
it really depends on if the ingredients irritate you or not. The clay, no you
don't have to use it, I feel I get more inch lost from it.

But what are the measurements of the ingredients? How much of each do you use for one wrap?

tiny waist who me  no lol im currently a size 11/12 i use to be a 8/9, im trying to get back to it, i got my waist cincher at wickedred.com they have free shipping & excellent customer service, im currently wearing the medium size and I do wear the cincher all day even when i sleep, i take it off when i workout out and shower. The wrap i wear it at work or at the gym, i don't wear it on weekends.

i don't put nothing under the saran wrap, i sweat and take it off and shower. But i'm not trying to get a really small waist, just a nice size hour glass figure that looks healthy,.

I really don't have certain measurements because it depends on what I store it in. I was just putting in things that I knew that helped with circulation and fat burning no specific measurements of the ingredients.

It's like this one, but it is by Mega-T and they aren't liquid capsules. And it says burns belly fat on it. And they are cheap, under $6.

I looked at the ingredients: Contains green tea extract, ECGC, caffeine, chromium picolate and Advantra Z. These will do. I might have to try these, they are liquid. Thx SexyandFamous!
