@morenaloca, wow girl thanks so much for bumping this.
I have one post-edit i need to make that has haunted me this whole time

(but only in my head, noones else really cares). on the 3rd page i had a disagreement with a member on how long you should weight train, im very stubborn and insisted on like 10-20 min which works for me, but not everyone else. Back then i did not have much knowledge on lifting (still dont) but it is really trial and error for everyone. As a good rule i would say do 3 sets of 10-15 reps for any butt building exercise, with up to 1 minute break in between, but aim for less cool down time, more weight, an extra rep every workout. You want to keep beating your last workout to get bigger muscles. Sorry just had to throw this in there *swwoooop*
the guy in my signature is MGK. Im not too big on his music (white boy rap) but i dig his whole character. :) and we are the same age

teehee
@midna, just keep chugging on, dont worry if you have a slip up, everyone does and if they say they dont they are a liar. And at least you are aware of when you eat sugary stuff, thats the biggest step. Just keep telling yourself that sugar is bad, it sends your blood sugar on a roller coaster and does the same thing to your hormones. Try to notice how you feel before and after eating junk food and you'll probably start noticing you felt a lot better BEFORE, and while sugar makes you feel good temporarily, within the hour you start getting sluggish, and craving more. So the trick is to notice when you want sugar, probably times when you are slightly hungry/ tired but not ready to cook a full meal, and eat anything healthy instead. It could be baked chips, yogurt, cottage cheese, a quesadilla. Anything thing homemade with simple ingredients will leave you feeling a lot better and more content! And you dont have the craving to eat more after like you would with a sugar crash.
