I just finished my 90 day challenge.I started at 231 lbs., on January 6th. On April 1st, I ended at 210. For a total of 21 lbs. I used it as a replacement meal mostly for breakfast and sometimes for lunch, or I alternated. I used Myfitnesspal to watch my calorie intake and to get new healthy food choices. As for my workout routine, I exercised 4 times a week, dancing to Wii Just Dance 3 for 30-40 minutes. I bought a heart rate monitor to watch my calorie burn, which was usually 389 and I never ate my calories back.
I think I would have been more successful, but everyone kept saying you had to eat your calories back when you burned them and I did that the first entire month. Once I stopped doing that, the weight started coming off, because I only lost about 5 lbs that first month. I also chose cheat days, which I think is important, you have to be realistic.
I went from SQUEEZING INTO a size 18 down to 16, which is starting to sag around the ass. So I will be shopping for 14's very soon.
***** I bought my bodybyvi off Ebay for a very cheap cost, because you can make money selling this stuff as well. I didn't want to buy from someone who may have been hustling me, but I was very pleased to find out it worked. Those flavoring packs are costly too, I only liked the chocolate and found that Hershey's unsweetened chocolate powder is a great substitute.
