How do you body brush (what motions) and what brush do you use? I tried doing it yesterday but the bristles on my brush are not as soft as I thought, it scratches my skin. I wanna try this regularly for a month, see how it goes...

I have kp and my skin is rough. I read that regular body brushing helps to eliminate dead skin cells and helps keep your skin smooth

I think you're supposed to do circular, upwards motions towards your heart as it's based on the circulatory system, blood flow, etc. I could easily be wrong though.

Not sure. I don't remember reading about stretch marks for this but some people advocate this to keep your body skin smooth and on point

No, I think you're right. That's what I remember reading. But I was hoping to get tips from people who do this on a regular basis. Plus I don't know where to buy a body brush PS: Actually I'm watching a video where they are recommanding a sweeping upwards motion, always towards the heart

I dry brush.
Some people do little brush strokes, others do circular. Me? I do a mixture of both and yes, you've always got to go in the direction of the heart!
