What about it being a part of the "culture" makes it acceptable?

Martin isn't a rookie anyway. He's 5 months into his second season, so why is this continuing? This isn't carrying a vets helmet after practice or having to sing your schools alma mater in the cafeteria at training camp, or splitting a bill at dinner with the rookie class, or any of that other pseudo initiation sh*t that vets have rookies do before they join the team. It's straight up targeting someone and creating a hostile work environment for professional (grown ass) men.

Martin will continue to play in the NFL. Why? Because teams and players have accepted rapist, dog killers, racists, drunk drivers, and various other pieces of sh*t back into the locker-room. Hell, Riley Cooper just caught 3 touchdowns, on a team with guys saying they don't with him anymore.

Surely, a 6'5 315 lb 2nd round pick from a year ago will get back on the field, especially since his only "crime" was leaving a lockerroom infested with cancers like Ignognito, someone that has been kicked off of every team he's ever been on. He might leave the dumpster fire in Miami and go to a better ran franchise, but he'll be back on the field.

He'll get trash talked by opposing teams and fans. Least he'll get to hit those players on the field.

In my first sentence I stated that I am not for that sh#t and that he should definitely be reprimanded for that. The "bullying"sh#t is being taken overboard imo.

Just cuz it happens all the time doesn't mean it's acceptable.

Random: The O-line has been giving up a sh#tload of sacks and he hasn't been performing too well on the field.. Other people may not want to walk on eggshells around him or run the riak of having him run to the media after one person says or does any little thing to him. Right now, the Dolphin's look bad and people are asking why the coaches didn't intervene and saying that they had to know. Most of the players are backing. Incognito and saying that they wish he was back. Other franchises don't want this sort of media frenzy nor do they wa nt someone that is fragile but someone may take him. Oh and rookies aren't the only ones that get pranked and f#cjed with esp when you aren't doing a good job at protecting the Qb.

of  course the players want icognito back, they knew this sh*t was going on and never stopped it. the dolphin organization is going to get slapped with a huge lawsuit by martin so they're doing all they can to try to smooth things out on their end.

every commentator and ex player who've made statements about this have all said it went too far and icognito crossed the line. this isn't the traditional hazing rookies go through and there are no excuses for it.

besides, the dolphins suck anyway. nothing martin can do to stop that team from losing.

Further illustrating why the Dolphins are a dumpster fire that haven't won anything since Don Shula.
