I'm having a lot of trouble blending my 4c hair whenever I decide to wear a weave. Does anyone have any tips for my upcoming install with some kinky curly hair I purchased? Also my hair is around 3" just enough to be cornrowed

You have a couple of choices. One of them is to get a full weave, which you probably don't want. But kinky curly (almost) always looks good on a full head. My advice would be to make sure your hair stays stretched. That means keep a scarf and a bonnet on during your shower. I've discovered my routine after lots of trial and error.

At night I get conditioner and some gel. I twist my hair up, sometimes including the weave.
I tie up my hair with my scarf adding a bit of gel (or edge control, whatever you want) on my temples and edges.
When I wake up, AFTER my shower (if I unravel my twists before my shower they will just revert to afro) I unravel the twists and blend them a bit with the hair. If I'm looking for a flatter look, I put my scarf back on, get make-up clothes etc. Then I deal with my hair.

I also use perm rods at times for special events. You can always do a side twist/braid with the hair.

(not my picture)
Lazy days you can use a headband or something similar. HTH!

Thanks for the tips. Idk how well the twisting method will work. I basically just have enough hair to cover the track. You can probably see it in my pic

 4c hair,…relax or natural?
Pic?
3 inches stretch or in its natural state. 4c hair shrink a lot …I honestly don't know…
If I were you I would have tried afro curly hair instead of kinky curly… wear box braids or a closure until my hair get longer…have you tried to wear the kinky curly hair brush out?
