The flash is making her look lighter but IRL she is Kelly Rowland's complexion and she still pulls it off IMO.

I think black women can pull of blondes and reds as long as they pick something flattering to their complexion. It also helps if its multi-dimensional.

I am obsessed with red hair tho. Trying to work up the nerve to try it.
