Not a tanning salon, but maybe a Black spa. Many Black celebs tan (body bronzer) for a more even complexion and glow. The tanning element is so limited though, that a salon just for tanning would be a waste, but if they did eyelash extensions, brows, waxes, make-up, etc then maybe.
