I see the news anchors on CNN and MSNBC and NBC and other major news channels have light skin black anchors. They always seem to have light skin and be non-intimidating...same for my local channels as well. Do you know of any brown/dark skin anchors other than my brother Al Roker? Confused

Just noticed this and this rubs me the wrong way.Dead

the black ones are dark skin for my local news station. 

eta: people use to love dwight lauderdale. he was medium toned.

I wasn't aware that she had any black parents...I notice she usually hosts the Black in America specials. Don Lemon is light skinned and gay and the other brother left for BET.
