Ok, so I tried the maca root and also the fish oil + vitamin e and i've tried exercise...here's my review of em all
To start with my measurements at the start were 35-25-35 and I do love my body but hey, I wanted a bigger butt anyway 


Fish Oil + Vitamin E
...It worked, but Dead 

I stuck to this for a while. I used omega 3 fish oil (2 capsules per cheek - lol) and vitamin e (1 each)
then I used seran wrap (cling film) and went to sleep, I did this every night and after a week my measurements were 35 - 25 - 35.5
I was like Shocked omg this crazy idea actually worked. I did it religiously for another week but didn't gain anything. Then I did it for another week but didn't use seran wrap and I didn't gain anything.
Then I stopped ... a week later my measurements were 35-25-35 -_-

Confused So, you just gave up huh? pfft

not exactly, I did try but it's not worth it at all in my opinion! The smell was emotional! it's a STRONG smell of raw fish. I wore shorts without the wrap and I washed them so much after but nothing worked, I had to throw them away. Its just so uncomfortable and it seems to be inconsistent and even if it does work you'd have to keep it up to keep it. I'd say, don't bother cause there's better was to get a big butt!

what a waste of time and money

Maybe it worked for you, but it didn't work for me at all. I had 3 capsules a day of the geletanised one and I had the other one. I used the other one first, 3 a day until I finished the bottle, along side the oil (no gain) and then alone (no gain). Then the same with the geletanised one (no gain).
Tasted horrible, didn't increase my hunger, pretty much horse pills, not worth it.

yeah or maybe not. I've heard of a couple stories of it working but if it was that easy it'd be a bit more known don't ya think? Seems unreliable, I reckon it's rarer to get positive results than negative. Save your money + it has a sawdust smell Tongue

Exercise
Hug

Starting measurement: 35 - 25 - 35
Exercise routine: Stretches > squats > leg raises on all fours (not sure of the name for it) > Side leg raises > crunches
(I can be more specific on the actual exercises if you want but that's the vague description)

Week 1: 35 - 25 - 35
Week 2: 35 - 25 - 35.4
Week 3: 35 - 25 - 36

I have no negative things to say about it, the exercise routine I put together takes about 10 minutes, I do it twice a day, every day (maybe 1 day off but it's so quick I can always spare 10 mins). After the 1st week I didn't gain any inches but my body was all round firmer and I had more energy. 

There's no fishy smell, no cellulite, no horse pills, no uncomfortable nights wrapped in plastic, just positive reviews. Who wouldn't recommend exercise? plus, I've had comments that my butt looks bigger Embarrassed

You should also add fire hydrants to your routine. They burn like hell but they're very effective and burn a lot of calories

Donkey kicks (done on all fours) works. And if you want to build up your hips a bit, do side lunges and side kicks (like a roundhouse). Deadlifts are good too. Just make sure you do exercises to address all 3 muscle groups in the bootay!

Lol I didn't even stick with the fish oil that long. I came to the same opinion after the first three or four days.

As for the maca, it all depends on your body. It will work better for those who have hormone imbalances. My hormones were out of whack because of PCOS, and within the first few months of leveling my hormones with Maca and FG/SP/Red Clover, my 36" butt grew to a natural 38/39" (and exercise helped me get to the 40" I'm at now). So there IS merit in it, it's just not for everybody. I also feel like I would have grown more if more than one pill a day didn't give me terrible acne all over my body.

I think exercise is the best way for the average person to gain booty, though. Even before I joined the gym it gave me some good growth, so don't think you can't get results just because you don't have a gym membership! (Although I highly suggest getting one, as my body has never been this toned and firm before! My legs are rock hard, and I've only been going a few short months!)

Works: •maca, powdered, as much as u can take lol
•pueraria mirifica- take as directed and itll work best, dont overdo
•fenugreek/ hops- work for breast growth if used consistently
•massage- for NBE and cellulite reduction, blood circulation
•progesterone cream- helpful for E dominants

•body building- works if done regularly and proper diet everyday
•hip rolls- great for defing feminine waist

Doesnt work: things you try for a week/ 2 weeks/ 1 month and stop >:p try every new method at least 3 months regularly

1. Have you just tried exercise by itself prior to trying these supplements and whatnot? I don't know everyone's story but I have gotten AMAZING results with diet and exercise alone. I didn't even hear about any this stuff (like fish oil to make the booty big) until I came here like 4 or so months ago.
2. Have you tried raw maca, like organic and in a powder? Since maca is a superfood, you can add it to other foods. You may want to add it to a fruit smoothie or protein shake.
3. Were you exercising when you did these methods and what were you eating?

I agree with Babygurl. You got to be patient with this stuff. As your body changes, you react to things differently. So something that worked fast at first may take a little while the next round because your body is/has adapted.

I also agree with you. Exercise and a good protein/good fats/good carbs diet will do the trick every time. If you want to build your booty up, make sure you are feeding it properly and you are eating enough.

Hi, sorry for the late reply

It was general stretches to begin with then
squats (15)
push ups (15) - later replaced with weights
Donkey kicks (15 each leg)
Side leg lifts - lay on your side, put a weight on your thigh (or start without the weight and add it if it becomes too easy) and raise your leg 45 degrees upwards (20 each leg)
Outward side leg lift - same as above but rotate your foot outwards as opposed to having your toes pointed straight, they will point more towards the ceiling (20 each)
Crunches

That was it. After a while it became easy so I added more reps and now I do 2 sets of this. I did it twice a day every day or every other day. Should take about 10-15 minutes. Intensity is key (within reason).

I watched a lot of videos from Buffie the Body on youtube. I think all these exercises are in her videos.
