Ok, so I tried the maca root and also the fish oil + vitamin e and i've tried exercise...here's my review of em all
To start with my measurements at the start were
35-25-35 and I do love my body but hey, I wanted a bigger butt anyway
Fish Oil + Vitamin E
...It worked, but
I stuck to this for a while. I used omega 3 fish oil (2 capsules per cheek - lol) and vitamin e (1 each)
then I used seran wrap (cling film) and went to sleep, I did this every night and after a week my measurements were 35 - 25 - 35.5
I was like

omg this crazy idea actually worked. I did it
religiously for another week but
didn't gain anything. Then I did it for another week but didn't use seran wrap and
I didn't gain anything.Then I stopped ... a week later my measurements were 35-25-35 -_-
So, you just gave up huh? pfft
not exactly, I did try but it's not worth it at all in my opinion! The smell was emotional! it's a STRONG smell of raw fish. I wore shorts without the wrap and I washed them so much after but nothing worked, I had to throw them away. Its just so uncomfortable and it seems to be inconsistent and even if it does work you'd have to keep it up to keep it. I'd say, don't bother cause there's better was to get a big butt!

what a waste of time and money
Maybe it worked for you, but it didn't work for me at all. I had 3 capsules a day of the geletanised one and I had the other one. I used the other one first, 3 a day until I finished the bottle, along side the oil (no gain) and then alone (no gain). Then the same with the geletanised one (no gain).
Tasted horrible, didn't increase my hunger, pretty much horse pills, not worth it.
Maybe it's just you
yeah or maybe not. I've heard of a couple stories of it working but if it was that easy it'd be a bit more known don't ya think? Seems unreliable, I reckon it's rarer to get positive results than negative. Save your money + it has a sawdust smell

Exercise
Starting measurement: 35 - 25 - 35
Exercise routine: Stretches > squats > leg raises on all fours (not sure of the name for it) > Side leg raises > crunches
(I can be more specific on the actual exercises if you want but that's the vague description)
Week 1: 35 - 25 - 35
Week 2: 35 - 25 - 35.4
Week 3: 35 - 25 - 36
I have no negative things to say about it, the exercise routine I put together takes about 10 minutes, I do it twice a day, every day (maybe 1 day off but it's so quick I can always spare 10 mins). After the 1st week I didn't gain any inches but my body was all round firmer and I had more energy.
There's no fishy smell, no cellulite, no horse pills, no uncomfortable nights wrapped in plastic, just positive reviews.
Who wouldn't recommend exercise? plus, I've had comments that my butt looks bigger
