Reg that works for me (sorry to everyone else, ive repeated it 10000 times)
- maca (5-10+g a day) powdered in a shake with 1/4c yougurt, 1/4 c milk
- 50-100 grams extra protien on most days (eggs, ham in the morning and chicken for lunch dinner)
- 100-150g protein on weight training days
- get a gym membership and hit the big weights, aim for 100 lbs to start seeing real booty growth
- Pueraria Mirifica is kind of helping me gain hips or spread them out but its hard to tell
- stay away from repetitive, long workout on legs. I used to walk a lot uphill mostly and that can help build booty and keep it toned. But try not to do things like running walking for hours on flat ground
- stay postive :) its a long process, with weight training and increased calories you can easily gain 3 or more inches in a few months or less.
