Wendy Williams views on women and career and family..
BHM ladies: Would you be ok with at 50yo having a great career but with no family? (Not necessarily having kids but a companion)
Do you know any women like this in your personal lives?
Editted based off of comments: Its really not about "having kids"..its moreso about having someone to share these accomplishments with.
Could you live the single life forever?

I'd be perfectly ok with it. And I certainly don't feel sorry for the women I know who are middle aged and have no kids and no husband/romantic partner. Ones life can be very full and happy without those things.

my ramble:
I know I want to have kids but we keep pushing the year back
it's hard
I started my career late so though many my age are just hitting their stride, I'm starting out
it is frustrating, but I know waiting is for the best (or at least I think it is)
I guess I would be happy at 50 with no kids, but I would like to have children
I mean if that is what happens, then that is the way it is going to be.....so I would have to learn to be happy with it

balancing a career and family is serious business.
I dont think she needs to feel sorry for women 50 n over w/ no kids.. because they may not have wanted kids to begin with. Dont get me wrong.. im sure there are some who are sad they choose their career over a family. but thats the choice they made. Just like there are young women out here w/ families and thats all they have. which is also sad.
meh-- I just rather concentrate on whats going on w/ me... and my attempt of balancing it all.

Having kids is a big decision. No woman should be chastised for choosing that it's not something for her.
My sis is NOT interested in having kids at all, but is more than happy to be an auntie that spoils the hell out of my kids whenever I have them.
I respect someone who chooses NOT to have kids (for whatever their reasons) more than someone who unwillingly has kids and doesn't take care of them emotionally or financially.

I don't want kids. As long my mind stays the same, I won't have them when I 50. Don't feel bad for me though, because I'm gonna ball and go on vacations while y'all are stuck taking care of a bunch of brats. I'll spoil my nieces and nephews though.
