Changing eating habits is really hard for me. I'll eat clean for breakfast and lunch and the snacks in between then get lazy for dinner and have a strong urge to get fast food.

My college student broke-ness is helping with that though. Maybe I need to add more healthy fats or something.

30 minutes of cardio today. i did it all on the elliptical since i wanted something low impact. 30 minutes of weight training, split between upper and lower body. i think tomorrow i will just do lower body. i was mad at myself for ending up at a diner last night at 2am, so wanted to go harder today.

had some avocado and mango for a snack. cooking up some lean turkey and whole wheat pasta for dinner.

it's hard for me to tell just based on 1 pound lol. i'm really hoping it's muscle mass or water weight though! I'm still hoovering around the same number, so I decided to try two a days for the next week. today, i'll be headed to cardio kickboxing in the afternoon, then a 30 minute jog this evening. I really want to reach my goal, so no alcohol and minimal sugar this weekend. 2 weeks until Halloween!

I have three months to get skinny for Puerto Rico

I weight 155

I want to get to 130-135 range

I'm gonna have to empty this snack drawer
