Thanks! I may need to check my carb intake. I switched over to whole wheat, but trying to reduce intake can only help me. Sounds like climbing hills may help too. My weight loss is so slow. Halloween is my next goal check-in, then graduation in December. I'm hoping to lose at least 5 more pounds by December. I think it's a realistic goal for me. My ultimate goals are 20 more pounds by May and 30 more pounds by the end of summer 2013.

Working out.. That's all I got!
But I can say that when I lower my carbs, my weight falls off fast.. Faster than it should. The last time I went low carb, I had dropped 15 pounds in a little under 2 weeks. Way too fast but I think I'm carb sensitive bc if I'm not careful with the type and amount of carbs I pack on the pounds. I'm lucky that I'm just tall..
