I have three months to get skinny for Puerto Rico

I weight 155

I want to get to 130-135 range

I'm gonna have to empty this snack drawer

mostly treadmill, bad I know I have to change that

I do the highest incline and vary the speed

well I really don't eat fast food to begin with but I completely stopped eating it

I also try not eat too many carbs....even whole wheat

oh and portion control

Thanks! I may need to check my carb intake. I switched over to whole wheat, but trying to reduce intake can only help me. Sounds like climbing hills may help too. My weight loss is so slow. Halloween is my next goal check-in, then graduation in December. I'm hoping to lose at least 5 more pounds by December. I think it's a realistic goal for me. My ultimate goals are 20 more pounds by May and 30 more pounds by the end of summer 2013.
