So I thought I should start a new thread for fall/winter exercise goals
as for my summer:
Started out really good, my body has changed but I realized this is going to be a longggg commitment and so I've adjusted my goals and want to make this a lifestyle change....I'm starting to re-train my body with cardio. I hate hate hate cardio but I do want to master it so this fall I'm going to be focusing on intense cardio first. Once I have that down pat I will go hard with my weights but for now I will do weights only 3 times a week and cardio everyday. I want to aim for 1 hour of intense running. I will obviously start slow LOL..
My goal: 135lbs....a nice figure, I don't have exact measurements of what I want, I just wanna look good lol
I'm going to be adjusting my diet to the blood type diet to see if it makes a difference!
