The last Halftime show that I looked forward to and watched from beginning to end was Prince and I think Tom Petty.. But yeah...I dont see there ever being a Rap headliner or hiphop headliner maybe Will Smith..I dunno. The Foo Fighters should have been invited imo...

I get what Epitome is saying. In the context she's using, mainstream would be Kanye or Lil Wayne or Jay-Z. People that nearly everyone knows. 2 Chainz is hot right now, but 90% of the people there would be like "is that Lil Jon?"

I said before most rap artists won't be to the SB bc you have to have old white ppl appeal and they don't.

But to me it matches the feel of the superbowl.
