she's sold millions of albums and has retained a relatively healthy percentage of that revenue, that is not the work of a stupid person
there are too many examples of great performers with smart money managers that were also family and the performer steeeeeeel ended up penniless or with a negative net worth while performing their ass off
I love Sade, and with the utmost respect for her and what she has done, I think Beyonce is looking for more than Sade's career provided plus this age and its expectations are quite different from when Sade was in her prime

agree with you 100 percent. at this point.. everyone including Bey probably knows she isn't the most intellectual individual out there. however she is far from a dummy... and it works well for her. study sade??? no shade.. but sade isn't selling out arenas in 20,000 seat arenas in 5 minutes. Bey is successful at what she does.. so if she's content than she shouldn't change a thing.

After watching the doc....and believe me..that was hard af..it was sooooo boring ...I've come to the conclusion that she really just isnt a good public speaker, which as already stated, has nothing to do with her intellect. She was so nervous during the interview with Oprah, that I kinda now feel bad for laughing at her Lol.

Preferring to be by yourself does not mean you have no friends. Some are most comfortable in their own space by themself or 1 or 2 very close ppl. ie: mom, spouse, baby, etc..

i think we just want her to be better. dont get me wrong, she is great artist wise. but i feel like if she was smart then she could really be like major role model material. Like the complete package. Beauty, brains, talent, heart.
yea, i know yall will say shes still a role model, shes at the top..... like billionaire status regardless of her intellect.
but i personally just want her to be better. im not saying she should be the most articulate person or have a crazy IQ but she really seems sorta slow...

a lot of ppl said the letter she wrote to Michelle Obama read like a 5th grader wrote it. I think she just doesn't have a way with words...even though she "writes" so many of her songs.

that rephrasing didn't make a difference Ftr, I absolutely think it's an undiagnosed speech impediment eta: I totally forgot about the notes  I just want her to read more literature
