I think people expect too much from beyonce
I can't think of many other performers that has so much public demand for the inner workings of their psyche
Janet Jackson, Madonna, Mariah .... unless I wasn't paying attention, they didn't "give" a dissertation on their psychological life

Beyonce has been singing and dancing since a very small child, that's her zone, that's what she does that well, that's where her money comes from ... why does she have to eloquently emote to a public that relishes making fun of her
she should refine her public speaking/emoting when she is good and ready, for her own purposes, not for the fickle public

Her speech makes people question her intellect
Which, in turn, makes people watch every thing she says/does like a hawk. It's sad b/c she does everything she can to not draw attention to herself aside from her business ventures. Sadly this document does nothing to help that and sends even more mixed messages
She should study up on how Sade conducts herself. Throughout the years she's barely given any interviews. Beyonce should do less

why is her intellect in question though? does her profession require high mental acuity?
she's sold millions of albums and has retained a relatively healthy percentage of that revenue, that is not the work of a stupid person
there are too many examples of great performers with smart money managers that were also family and the performer steeeeeeel ended up penniless or with a negative net worth while performing their ass off
I love Sade, and with the utmost respect for her and what she has done, I think Beyonce is looking for more than Sade's career provided plus this age and its expectations are quite different from when Sade was in her prime
feel free to continually expect more from Beyonce, but there just might not be more ...
