So the detox was a fail, a total of two days, today my last day...
what i did was i went to the grocery store and just bought fruits and veggies, well...

after i took the milk thistle my tummy felt completely empty, so I
tried to eat fruits and veggies but it wasn't helping me get full then I
started to get weak and sick, so I just made me a chix salad, with some
veggies and I was okay.
today i tried to do the fruits and
veggies again, I'm weak, got a terrible head ache.. I was just talkin
too my boo who is into natural herbs and food he told me he ate fruits and veggies for like 6 months or something he kind of making me feel worse cuz I can
barely last 2 days. He didn't cheer me up...ugh men, anyways.
So tomorrow I'm officially done and I'm
determined to detox again but Next time I'm going to a whole foods
store, with natural foods, cuz I don't 'think the fruits and veggies was
giving me the nutrients I need.. and I'm going to have to prepare
myself, its soo difficult esp since I don't live alone I gotta watch
people eat unhealthy food and tempt me..
lol milk thistle is like a laxative for me

The good news is i lost .5 off my tummy in two days yay...didn't lose any booty, thighs, none of the sexy parts
So tomorrow my journey starts again

on peri upping my dosage to 3, cuz 2 didn't do anything, I know its a
risk and a chick told me she saw negative side effects but she was
taking that many for a year, if I see somethin negative I will lower it.
1,000mg maca (1 week break every month)
1,000mg gla (suppose to help reduce tummy fat, but if i lose all over I'm stopping)
2,000mg sp (still need 2 inches in thighs)
And
gonna do this brazilian butt lifting workout I found out youtube its
about 30 mins with 8 different exercises, I'm not going to add weights
just yet, it says you can see results within 2-3weeks, so we will see...
gonna start these exercises MWF
