I tried mixing a chocolate flavored one with a chocolate milkshake. The milkshake didn't conceal the taste at all. Maybe I just need to mix it with more things. Next time I go to the store I'll pick some up and try mixing it in a smoothie or something.

Hey can i still join in this ? I started 30DS in nov and have lost a few inches in my waist. I can deff tell a difference . I'm going to start tomorrow on round 2 of 30DS . I'm going to donthe exercises every other day w weights and they days in between I'll do sOme YouTube workouts w out weights. I've been using cans for weights but i recently got some real weights lol so I'll be using that now. I'm also using a sweat belt and just purchased oolong tea so I'll start everything tomorrow, I've been slakig for almost 2 wkd so I'm ready o get serious ! I apologize for the long post lol . I started at 145lbs and my goal is 135 I haven't weighed my self but I noe I lost inches because I measured my self and my clothes are fitting me different . I have a lOng way to go so time fr me to get started !! Happy new years ladies !! Xoxo
