I created this thread for anyone who wants to join and is not able to go to a gym. PLEASE feel free to add any suggestions as to household items you can use, pic progress is welcome. Weither your gaining or losing, bigger booty, tiny waist, more boobage all is welcome. Ugh not sure how you would gain more boobage using household items Lol.

I changed my goal first it was to reach 140 now its gonna be 135. The reason(s) why is cuz #1 I don't want more tummy weight, not doing any exercises for that yet

#2 I want to try SP not only for thicker thighs( I want my legs so thick to the point u can't notice the dip in it lol) it helped some women stop hair growth in unwanted places, curvyness and I believe I have too much testosterone idk but I mos def got hair in unwanted places And

#3 I heard SP causes weight gain I don't want to go past 140

Weavequeen really inspired me with working out at home and laquintak made me really think about how many inches I wanted my thighs to be, thanx for yall threads.


 
 
 
 
 
 
 

This first pic is how I started in may 105-32-27-34Cry
16 inch thighs been that way my whole life, this is the only fully body pic i have when i was  this size, i hid from pics--most of em from the tummy n up. i don't like this pic but my bro put it on his fb pg ugh.Confused oh well....this is for motivation for me and everbody else!

after using maca and peri and rubbing fish oil on my bum plus eating 2800 calories cuz I'm nursing breastfeeding burns 200-600 cals and producing milk burns calories..it is So difficult but I'm doing it yallClap
 
 
 
 
Now the end of July I'm 125 32-28-36 and stopped the maca cuz it was making me too bloated gonna continue with peri and fish oil. Will be posting progress pics soon. Gotta load up with healthy food and water this weekend thats why I'm starting my workouts next week.

ultimate goal 135-140     36-24-40
 
I will start exercising M-W-F alternating between squats and lunges 8-12 reps 3 sets with 2 gallons of water=17 pounds and eventually fill them up with sand and two gallons of sand=25 pounds. will post pics not sure if i wanna take pics every two weeks every month,  i'll let yall know

Uhmm this isnt a household item but I work out with my kids. I use my 3 &4 yr old. For weighted squats I put my son on my back and hold him under his armpits as if I'm holding a dumbell. For abs I hang my upper half of my body off the bed and let my daughter sit on my feet as I do crunches and sit ups.

Thats a good idea mizz, Ive also read that you can hold your baby on your hips while you do butt bridges (be caregul with bigger kids tho lol).

Twisted you look gooooooooooood :-) i can see a big difference in your whole shape keep it up and thanks for introducing a new challenge yaaaaay

i like your idea of using gallons of water for weights, its something ive done in the past. One thing i always wanted to try is loading up a sturdy backpack with books, rocks, gallons of water, or w/e and walking uphill/ squats/ lunges/ lunges up stairs with that on your back. I read on a body building site to make sure your jugs of water are filled up all the way to keep them balanced! Big air pockets can make them harder to hold i guess.

Thanks I never intended to use my kids but they would never leave me alone when I wanted to exercise lol. I gotta try the bridges.

Congrats Twisted_Angel you're filling out really good!!

This is a great thread cause me for one can only workout at home its too expensive and with 3 kids too time consuming to go to the gym. i can only fit in 30min workout and paying to go to the gym for 30mins don't make sense so i workout at home.

you can always start off with body weight exercises and then but some weights or make your own like you said with gallon jugs filled with water or even sand. you can also fill a backpack with phone books

there are lots of things you can do to workout at home.

This is the perfect challenge for me! I really want to join the gym across the street from my house, but even though it's only $20 a month, I probably won't be able to afford it on my unemployment until I finish up with my NBE herbs. >.<

Good luck with the thighs! I have small thighs, too, and I want them to be bigger. But if they stay small and just my butt gets bigger, that's not a problem either! just makes my booty look that much bigger! Lol BTW, SP is GREAT for reducing body hair. It won't stop hair growth all over, but it'll slow it down a lot. I'm Italian, so I'm shaving everything at LEAST every other day. But now that I'm SP I only shave maybe once or twice a week!

I'm going for a bigger booty, smaller tummy and bigger breasts. I actually HAVE built up a good bit of pecs just from doing chest exercises with a pair of 5-lb dumbbells once or twice a week. My boobies look so much fuller because of it! For my tummy I'm doing P90X's ab ripper x. If I ever DO get a gym membership, my friend and I are gonna take her laptop to the gym and do it there! xD

The first before picture is before I started doing real workouts (I was mainly only doing cardio and lifting weights to help tone my arms). My butt actually used to be even smaller than that before I worked out at all. The second one is my butt after about a month of working out. (I don't know why the image uploader isn't working.)

Butt:
I'm not sure what I measured before I started, but I was a pant size 3, now I'm a full 7. :) Doing squats, donkey kicks, frog squats, 4 minute butt workout, etc. (all with ankle weights or 5-lb dumbbells)

I don't own any weights over 10lbs, so the gains aren't as fast as I'd like. I may start lifting water jugs and stuff since I can't join a gym yet. That'll at least help more than my wimpy weights. ^^;

My goal is to be a very curvy lady with a very large donk. I'm at almost 41" now, looking to reach at least 43", maybe more if I don't think the difference is noticeable enough. ^^;

Good luck ladies! It IS possible to make great gains without leaving the house!

Great thread twisted Smile this is perfect for me because I had to cancel my gym membership, can't afford it at the moment but lately I've been trying to come up with a schedule and this motivated me even more to workout. 
Natty doll I love your progress! As of now I'm working on getting a flatter stomach because that is the only thing left. Afterward I'm gonna get some ankle weights and build more booty.
