Have you tried shampooing less, with cowashes in between? that would definitely impart more moisture to your hair.

I use shampoos that are Daily Use kinds. Creamy than Liquid. Like Wen but cheaper.

You might laugh at the idea at first, but I have tried coconut oil in my hair before and it works like magic. It gives your hair more volume and really makes it shine. It has become my go-to product that I can use to moisturize my hair and make food if I need to! You do want to make sure to leave it in a while though so your strands can really soak it up.

A vote for CHI Nourish Silk Bath for dry or damaged hair.  I still use Shea Moisture shampoo but CHI brand is winning me over.
