You'll want to use mascara. This will help your lashes look fuller and longer. I use Maybelline Great Lash (it's a classic).

If mascara isn't enough, you can do a technique called "tightlining".   This is where you apply eyeliner (gel liner  and kohl pencils work best) to the root area of your eyelashes giving the illusion of full lashes. Below are some examples of tighlining.

 
Application using a creme or gel liner and eyeliner brush.
