Hello ladies and gents, I was wondering, what is the best type of hair to purchase from a vendor for micro braids?
Non-remy?
Cuticle aligned?
Cuticles stripped?
I am not sure if I want invisible braids or micros braided just pass my natural hair with the ends left hanging.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have used all kinds. Cuticle aligned hair is a problem with braiding because once braided, the cuticles are no longer at the top-they are facing down so it can cause issues.  Really for braids, any hair will do, the cheapest hair has always worked best for me because once braided , you don't have to worry about the quality of the hair--it's braided.

I have used Hollywood American French Deep for my invisibles. I LOVED it.

As far as BSS hair, it was very good quality. Never had issues with tangles unless I didn't section into 4 big braids when washing, and sometimes the packs would be better quality than the ones in the previous install and I could wash without braiding it into big braids.

I actually have some packs I was able to get on sale last year.
