What pisses me off is that people will see the "Curly Hair Giving Me Life" thread and will never take the time to find this one. If she had sent that email to me, she would be on RipoffReport dot com. And that site NEVER goes away. 

I'm at the point where I don't care if the hair is decent or not. She obviously doesn't stand behind her product because:
1. She says put it on a wig bc it's not good enough to withstand a sew-in
2. You cant sent that matted up sht back.

This is why I really have a problem with purchasing hair online sometimes you just really don't know what your getting. Stock photos are always whats being sent to you. And IM sorry I can't spend my money somewhere that has a NO REFUND Policy I just cant. Im so sorry that you didn't win the paypal dispute normally they are always on the side of the buyers. Especially if you have proof that the product you received is not really what you ordered. Maybe you could possibly contact them again.
