hey yall i posted this in the other one but one pic didnt show up so hopefully it does. heres my before and after pics i eat anything, fried burritoes, salads, alfredo, fruits, veggies. chicken, steak. i try to pack on the calories. plus im drinking 2 ensures a day. but like on days i stress i dnt eat. and yesterday i was stressin and today i lost 2lbs!!!!!! wtf!!!! i mean i did eat but only like 2 meals.
ok so this is how thick i used to be.......
 
 
YUP I HAD A BOOTY AT THE TOP!!!!
 
 
 
AND AFTER I LOST THE WEIGHT
 
YUP NO FIGURE IN THE WAIST WHATSOEVER BUT OH WELL
 
OH GOSH IM REALLY EMBARASSED FOR SHOWING YALL THIS ONE. SORRY NOT A VERY GOOD SHOT BUT IM PRETTY SURE YALL CAN SEE A BIG DIFFERENCE CUZ NOW I HAVE NOOOOOOOOOOO AZZZZ

wow u lost a lot of ur waist thats great.. the only thing i can tell u is work out ur lower body at the gym with heavy weights

I'm going to need you not to be taking body pics in the bathroom at Target. LOL
 
But for real.... dont do that cause u can lose your job over that mess. Just an FYI. Wink
 
Other than that, I would start working out with ankle weights to increase your lower body and with your natural build focus on that and your mid section. You have a great starting point tho. Good luck.

You look good girl. I agree with Cat Eyez & Moody. Weight train your lower body definitely. To add a lil umph to ot you can use Booty Stacked, BBJ, mobutta, or botcho creams in conjunction. For your waist I just made a thread bout the waist whittler you can check out if you haven't already. Ruby red has had good results with it. Also squeem or corset & continued ab work HTH
