Bee pollen? I've heard that its good for your overall health and immune  system, but never for hair growth. I will be doing some research on this tonight.

nope... i did quite a bit of research before taking the plunge.  i have it every morning in my protein smoothie.. it's great for the immune system.  since i've taken it? i haven't had a "serious" cold or flu for over a year, and that's a lot to be said when working with patients, or working out in gyms.

Some folks say it's works wonders for skin, it might, but basically nothing regarding hair growth.

well, they must be "onto something"  or "on something".. maybe the weed..

i've seen those claims, but not very many of them..

heck why not take the plunge, and prove it to yourself?

that way, you can make your  own claim..Wink

I take bee pollen for my allergies and immune system starting in February or March so that my allergies aren't as bad come springtime, but I don't know if I've ever experienced extra growth from it. I'll take it starting in Feb or March and up until about June.

I'm thinking the fact that it increases your overall well being might help your hair grow some (just like exercising and eating right), but it's not like taking Nioxin or Hairfinity pills where it's specifically targeted towards hair growth.

I take it currently. It's my multi.
It most definitely increases my hair growth. I've noticed a difference before and after adding it to my vitamins.
