^^Sorry to hear that. Shea butter does that to my face. I can ONLY use it on my body.

EVCO does wonders for my skin. I put it on my face every night before bed and my skin looks so clear when I wake up.

I agree with some of the stuff they said but their choice in experts is sad. Several of these people are selling some service or consumer product. If they just stuck with the board member then it would have been a more reliable article.

I have had good results with Dr. Brandt peel system but I use it twice a week and it is no miracle peel. It helps fade dark spots unlike that crappy Garnier Skin Renew Clinical Dark Spot Correction rip-off.

Yeah I find that shea butter will get rid of fairly new scars but doesn't really do much for stretch marks.

3. Lemon + Honey paste; buttermilk

You shouldn't put lemon on your face. It's too acidic and, over time, makes it harder for the skin to hold moisture.

I think some people can get away with cheaper alternatives depending on their skin type.
I use cheap(er) drugstore moisturizer because I have oily/combo skin but I can see someone with super dry skin needed to spend more.

Just like I can't mess with Garnier for my dark spots, but Clinique Even Better is my ish Heart

i had very dry skin..

fish oil/flax internally plus aloe vera and some oils externally really helped.

i dont moisturize daily or even every other day because of laziness.. but various healthy things internally fixed it.

My skin is so sensitive and dry the only thing that will keep it clear is the clinique three step system, but its expensive.

I would have to disagree on the BB Creme and the Dark Spot remover.  I like BB cremes since it doesn't melt off as fast in the summer compared to regular foundation, plus the BB Cremes in the US is not the same BB Creme sold in Korea.  So I think that is an unfair judgement call but then again I guess they can't make the BB Creme like the ones sold in Korea because they might run afoul with the FTC and the FDA.  As for spot removers, some of them actually work for my skin and I am pretty dark.  They work when you use a proper sunscreen and apply it properly.
