Oh yeah, and sunscreen, everyday. Olay sunscreen is the best! No harsh smells and it's very lightweight.

Sure thing!

Toothpaste:
Borax (50 acres and a mule brand)
Peroxide (food grade17.5% strength ONLY)
Baking Soda
Essential oil (one drop of your choice- preferably clove, lavender, or peppermint)

Deoderant:
Baking Soda
Cornstarch
Coconut oil
Essential Oil (lavender, rose, neroli, frankencinse, orange, and ylang ylang are wonderful)
(A SPLASH of distilled water if you want it less powdery.)

Pour into an empty deodorant container and let sit in the fridge for about an hour to harden the mixture, and VOILA!) Big smile

I will never buy toothpaste again. It's not good for your teeth at all!

You can use the peroxide by itself as a mouthwash, just make sure you dillute it first. It's excellent.
Your mouth does not get dry lol..
It will fizz up due to the peroxide but it's killing the germs and whitening your teeth at the same time Cool
