He is all over the place now. Like I said we have been ordering since 08 with no issues thus far. When doing my research on him the first time I ever ordered, he sells massive amounts to salons and other hair companies (he gave me references to check). I think he gets careless with us who dont purchase several kilos at a time. |
I totally agree. I think the salons and other hair companies take precedence over just us individuals unless we order a massive load from him often. When he first started I had no issues with him, but he wasn't as well known as what he is now. His reliability factor is going down quick now.

he is so out of pocket to expect you to go across the nation & knock on somebody's door & think you're getting some hair back it should be a small thing to a giant literally for him to replace your purchase he is definitely losing with that bs customer satisfaction is not on their minds at all

Honestly, I think that I am still in shock! I have been dealing with him for years, ALTHOUGH if we are keeping it real, it's not like there were not signs that he was shestie! I can not tell you the number of times that I have been placing an order with him and then in the middle of the communication back and forth, all of a sudden the prices went up  Or the fact that he was inconsistent with his shipping charges, sometimes it's $50 sometimes it's $75 and once it was even $100. A couple of orders ago I told him that I was not happy with how dirty the hair was and when I say nit infested  his reply was "okay friend" I was like, wait ...................... what? That all being said, I have NEVER not received my hair or had something like this happen with him. I am not at all upset that he sent it to the wrong address, I am upset that he expects me to work with someone that I don't even know to rectify the situation! Let's keep it real, how many of us would go out of our way to go to Fedex or USPS to ship hair (which I am sure she would have to pay to ship) to someone else. "A gift from heaven indeed". I am sure as someone else said that, this Customer is probably thinking that the vendor is going to make it right for me and she just got blessed! I am trying to keep a lid on it, because once you send your money via Western Union, you are just out there. My only real recourse is to call him every hour on the hour (which will only serve to piss him off). For now, I am trying to be polite but still press him on him sending me the hair and waiting to get the hair back from his Customer. I just want my hair or my money, simple as that! |

Let's just hope the person he sent the hair to has an order out there that he will hold until the incorrect package is delivered. Obviously if he has her address she ordered some hair and is waiting for her package also.

That is horrible!! I mean if I was her (do we know it's a her?) I'f be dancing across the kitchen floor in my Tom Cruise Shades/white dress shirt/socks doing a dance like my life depended on it.
I really hope this works for you! And OP, I'm sending a prayer to Jesus and the hair Gods that your GO works out and you don't hairgangsta-slashed on BHM.

I want the hair that I ordered and paid for straight from Mr. Bhawanie himself! I am curious how the whole conversation went down, B-dogg sending her an email saying "friend, I sent you hair that you did not pay for, need you to send it to the right Customer right away" Customer receiving email and her arse off and thinking "jokes on you! I deserve this free hair for all the nit infested hair that you have sent me in the past" promptly hits delete and logs on to facebook to share her unexpected windfall! I am NOT mad at her at all. I know she had to be tripping when Fedex showed up with the bag of hair!

I am really hoping this issue is rectified and you get your hair because from this one experience, I will not do business with Bdogg. I had intentions on purchasing at the end of the month but I can't gamble money like this. If anyone have an IV or AV with Indian hair that they would like to share, please pm me. I know there are many out there, but I really rely on bhm testimonials.
