Girrllllll you dont know!!!! You would feel for the customer, but you would expect the company to make it up to them.

My...I've been wanting some his curly for a long time but his customer service and these shipping are like a hint and a half right now. The only acceptable solution would be to send some new hair and hope to receive his wrongly addressed hair back. But to throw your customers under the bus for your error? He doesn't deserve all the support he gets around here with that attitude. From all I've read he comes off as sheisty.

so my sis said she just got a call f/ Fedex that they are delivering the package today!! She said bhawani NEVER sent her email with the tracking # and if it wasnt for fedex calling to confirm she will be home, she would have never known the hair was shipped.
That man is slipping big time!!!!! To much carelessness going on with him right now. Im glad her 2 kilos are on its way, but now I am hoping it is what she ordered.

yea giving that other person's address was not ok. I mean what if OP was crazy(hypothetically speaking) and really went and hurt that person or went there and that person hurt OP cause they crazy. Well when all else fails mention BHM show him the thread and let him know you will put his business on blast if he doesn't do the right thing.

He is all over the place now. Like I said we have been ordering since 08 with no issues thus far. When doing my research on him the first time I ever ordered, he sells massive amounts to salons and other hair companies (he gave me references to check). I think he gets careless with us who dont purchase several kilos at a time.

Sugabanana: What she said. Times r hard on the boulevard! I'd consider it to be a blessing! But I hope she has a good heart. I just don't have that much faith in man/womankind. HE  needs to take the loss and rectify this situation ASAP! That's what a true business person does.
