i just recently got one from a friend and im tryin to think of something creative to do with it for my home

Baskets are for storage depending on its size.  I don't like the handle in the pic.  I would probably remove it and use it for something light like mail or something like that.

i have a big wicker basket that i put laundry into

i have like four that i keep in the kitchen for various purposes, mostly fruit

when the weather is warm i pack picnic lunches and use them for that

i dont have any, but my aunts-n-nem use to put flowers, fruit, nuts and random junk in them. tie a ribbon around it make it look cute...make it a center piece on the table.

actually i have an old easter basket..it has all my old cds and loose change in it.Confused

That basket is not very cute, I would get rid of it tbh. Maybe if you cut the handle off but I just don't see anything when I look at it.
