    Posted: Mar 19 2008 at 1:30pm

OK…. I used hair glue for years and I think that attributed to the initial loss. I would get scalp pimples that turned to bald spots, plus I was yanking the tracks out. In 2003, I used BB Pine tar and in 2 months, it grew back. Then I got micros and glued more tracks in and it was bald again. So… for the past 4 years I have dealt with this. I have been wearing wigs, and I hate to go outside.

I got a relaxer in January and didn’t have neutralizing poo, so I used regular poo. In 2 weeks time my hair started breaking. Prior to the relaxer I was wearing ponytails and the gel was eating my hair like crazy!!!

Now, I use: Salerm Biokera Shampoo, Salerm 21 leave in weekly. I use the Salerm Wheat Germ Deep Conditioner biweekly. I use Frenchee Super Gro weekly and I use BB Growth Serum daily.

My fotki is www.public.fotki.com/thejourney2008

Any advice, suggestions are appreciated!!

i don't have any advice but it look like your hairs growing but you prob shouldn't relax for a long time(if you want to relax your hair) and wait until you have some more hair.
your making progress keep going.

I see that your hair has grown in nicely since the first photo last month. Try to rest your scalp, no heat, no relaxers. The wigs will allow your scalp to be hidden and gives you a break from manipulation. You should massage your scalp lightly to stimulate growth. Try to use products with no mineral oil as that will clog your pores. I love S-curl and I think that is the best moisturizer. I wish you the best of luck and just know that we are all here if you need help. Wink
