I actually brought zhi mu powder extract not to long ago, Sadly I haven't been no where near as consistent as I should be. I'm still want to experiment with mixtures. Emu oil maybe a good option although I had some trouble mixing the powder with oil, it kinda got chalky. Ill keep working on it. Maybe I can do progesterone cream + zhi mu + Emu oil


When I get some extra money I will be buying a corset. I keep telling myself I won't be able to sleep in that thing. But I'm assuming I will get use to it also I'm sure its all about how committed u are so ima give it a shot.

That's messed up that they denied you blood work. The last time I went to see my gyno I just told her I wanted to get my hormone levels tested. She wrote up the lab sheet & I went to Labcorp, just that simple, smh. The saliva tests can be bought online, just google home saliva testing or hormone saliva testing. I've also seen them on ebay . Also recently I have seen walk-in lab testing places where you can go in & have tests done without a Dr. referral. You just pick the items you want tested & go from there. I think they take insurance or they offer reasonable prices for those who don't have insurance, I can't remember. Just look up Walk-In lab testing centers. Hope this helps.

Hey Ladies, I just wanted to say that all this info is so informative and correct. I had excess androgen, low estrogen, and low progesterone. I took saw palmetto for excess androgen, vitex for low progesterone and fenugreek for low estrogen. My hormones balanced out really nice and my breast went from a 36C to 38C in 2 months, unfortunately I wasn't educated about how long I had to take them and stop taking them after 3 months. I'm gonna start them again next week and take them for 7 months this time! Hope fully my hormones will balance out nice and my breast will go to a D cup this time
