Dat is just a personal preference of mine, for me, gelatinized maca was too strong.  I was goin more for a dosage 2 understand so 5 gramz of regular maca is what I recommend and about 2,500mg of gelatinized instead is what I would recommend.

Ok so I got Natrol Maca 500 mg and Nature's Way Vitex Fruit 400mg how much should I take each day?
 
P.S the Zhu Mu is working great!!!

Lol I use it with regular lotion. I have this cheap coca butter lotion I got and I mix it in and I definety see a difference in my butt its filling out just a lil extra meat on it lol

i bought some zhi mu and put it in lotion for a couple of weeks hoping that it would soften since its actually really hard but it hasnt. how do you use it? do you grind it into powder?
