Sodium?

Sodium is a part of our daily diet.

Sodium bicarbonate won't kill you, but I wouldn't recommend feasting on it. LOL I do take a spoonful of baking soda and water whenever I have heartburn, though. Because of how alkaline BS is, it immediately calms down my stomach when it's overly acidic and bothering me.

1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder (Arrowroot can be found in most health food stores)
Coconut oil

Put baking soda & cornstarch into a bowl, then pour in liquid coconut oil, mix
until paste or desired texture. You can either place it in a small jar or take
an empty, clean deodorant canister and just refill it with the contents. Store in fridge. (because coconut oil will naturally melt in room temps)

You can also scent it with a few drops of your favorite essential oils

Your welcome! Smile

Pour in coconut oil til it becomes like a paste-like texture but not runny, sort of like a cake batter texture. Coconut oil has natural antibacterial properties which is a good addition to the baking soda & cornstarch/arrowroot, a natural deodorizer.

Baking soda is usually not recommended for those who are on a sodium restricted diet but if you are an healthy human, it is relative harmless when you use small amounts.
